This Market Basket Analysis is based on a fictionalized UK retailer of party equipment with an online store. The data was composed of 541,909 transactions spread across 25,900 invoices. In this presentation, I offer a couple of simple wins to increase sales for the client, but also some deep, perplexing mysteries arose that offer new strategic direction to the client, if they chose to pursue it, including a possible solution to their 90% concentration risk.
